From Intention To Implementation
Tshirologo began with a clear and powerful purpose. As a teacher and academic, Sinah Motsielwa saw firsthand how limited support existed for people who were blind, deaf or physically disabled. Motivated to change this, she developed practical materials and programmes that opened pathways to access, independence and opportunities for people with disabilities.
Together with her son, Mogomotsi Motsielwa, and guided by a shared passion for people, they grew Tshirologo into an organisation dedicated to helping individuals and organisations create more inclusive environments.
What began as one teacher’s vision for meaningful change has evolved into South Africa’s leading provider of disability solutions positively impacting organisations and thousands of people with disabilities across the country.
True to its Setswana name, Tshirologo, meaning “to be unveiled”, The company remains committed to its founding purpose of unveiling potential, removing barriers and creating value for clients and all stakeholders.
